Where we ship.
All 50 U.S. states, plus Puerto Rico and Guam. International shipping is coming Fall 2026. Sign up for the Society to get the heads-up when it goes live.
How fast we pack it.
Orders ship from our studio in Kaimukī within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed Friday after 2pm HST go out the following Monday. We don't ship on weekends or Hawaiʻi state holidays.
How fast it gets there.
Once your towel is in the mail, here's the ballpark:
- Mainland U.S.: 3 to 7 business days
- Hawaiʻi inter-island: 2 to 3 business days
- Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam: 5 to 10 business days
These are USPS estimates, not promises. Weather, holidays, and the occasional sleepy post office can stretch things.
Free shipping.
Under $45, standard shipping is a flat $6. Need it faster? Express (2 to 3 business days) is $18 at checkout.
Who carries it.
USPS Priority Mail for everything domestic. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Tracking your order.
Every order ships with tracking. Look for the shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, check spam, then email us at hello@shakkatowels.com and we'll resend it.
Lost or damaged.
If your package never shows up, or arrives roughed up, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and (if damaged) a photo. We'll make it right. Refund, replacement, your call.
Wrong address?
Email us within one hour of placing the order. After that, your towel may already be packed and labeled. We'll do our best, but no guarantees once it's in USPS hands.
